Job Title: Ag Services Manager

Objectives: Increase customer satisfaction and retention by managing three areas: company operations, employees and customer services

1. Company Operations:
   Manage delivery of services - report required metrics, activity, status and customer feedback, coordinate service billing/collections, quote services for sales, realize efficiencies and implement solutions
2. Employees:
   Recruit new team members, train employees in technical requirements, manage workload dispatch/schedule, hold employees accountable for requirements, mentor and motivate employees, fill in as a resource during peak service periods
3. Customer Services:
   Perform/coordinate consulting delivery, ensure customer satisfaction and retention, handle customer service requests, generate referrals from customers
